@David - I hope so. As I mentioned, I think that this article alone (PR Week's not mine!) demonstrates that the PR industry is in fact doing a pretty good job of adopting social media tools.

This isn't sour grapes, but I didn't see the Computer Weekly awards adopting any of this kind of "technology" - however well intentioned the judges opinions were.

@Chi-Chi "other" is another blog post or several surveys.

You are looking at things like perceived budget, lack of skills, lack of trust in partners, lack of skills of partners, partners unwilling to bend/change/adapt, contractual tie-ins with inexperience in this field etc.

Might turn that into something soon!
