    Hi Paul

    Many thanks for the very kind words about the video and about our SMNR service. We spent a lot of time trying to get the words right - many script redrafts - nice to know we seem to have done a pretty decent job :-) The video didn't specifically have the SMNR in mind however - though clearly there is a strong link - we were/are just trying to help people who are struggling to better understand (or explain) how the online media influences in all its wonderful ways.

    The amount of work is pbvious on the video-front Adam, it's very good. The challenge of trying to fit so much stuff into one small video is very hard!

    We'd had a few revisions of ours too, but decided that the thing was probably going to change!
