    As per my Twitter Geoff, I am keen to understand how you have turned (or at least are trying to turn) the world of PR onto widespread adoption of social media tools/activity into their daily activity.

    In the UK, there is a significant number of agencies who need to know what the tools are (and who kind of understand they already posess the communication skills to adopt social media tools), yet do not even understand what the social media landscape is.
